This is an interlocutory appeal from an order denying a special appearance of an out-of-state defendant. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(7) (Vernon Supp. 2004-2005). We deny Sage Apartments, L.L.C.s motion to lift the stay of proceedings and its motions to dismiss. We also deny Oryx Capital International, Inc.s motion for sanctions. We further reverse the trial courts special appearance order and render judgment dismissing the claims of Sage Apartments, L.L.C. against Oryx Capital International, Inc.
